The home welcomes you with a small Zen garden and neat artefacts bordering the paved driveway. A stone and concrete pathway and staircase lead you to both the units while skirting the property facing the creek and hills across.
Joanna- The first path leads you into Joanna's verandah, the building's main house. The covered patio, like tradition, serves in the Nilgiris and is one of the best parts of the home. The large living room brings in a lot of natural light. The modern kitchen is spacious with a dining room beside it. Joanna has 2 bedrooms on the rear side, which are functional and simple in outfitting while yet spacious.
Perch - The stone pathway then leads you to the rear side of Joanna at a higher level. Perch is an outhouse built by the owners for guests to reside. The unit has a small living and kitchenette. Like Joanna, it enjoys a lot of natural light, and the 2 bedrooms are spacious.
